Premium servers gives resources according to the plan you choose, price and resources offered varies from host to host. You can choose host according to your need.

Choose a plan according to your need mostly you need to lookout for three things, a. RAM, b. CPU and c. Storage. RAM and CPU greatly affects server performance choose wisely . You can also buy additional resources at any time if required. You can take developer support if confused about which plan is suitable for your need.
Step 4: Preparing Server
Once you have choosed your plan. Give a name to your server, allot the required resources to your server and head on to Game Panel to set it up.
"some host allot the full resources under your plan to a single server, others may need you to allot the required resources to your server separately before you can move on to Game panel"
Game Panel: It is the page where you can completely manage server. The user interface is same for most of the hosting providers except few like Aternos. when you logged in to Game Panel for first time.
1. Choose the type of minecraft server and version you want to install from version menu. Using the latest version is recommended.
2. Start the server from console menu, server will automatically download the required files.
3. If you are using the Minecraft official version you can directly join and play once the server has started, but you have a do a bit more work if you want to join it a cracked version or from bedrock/ pocket edition version.
Step 5: Enabling crack support and Crossplay
---Stop your server from console
A. Crack support:
Don't worry no technical knowledge is required to do this. Go to File Manager and open server.properties look for online-mode and set it to false. Now you can join with cracked version like Tlauncher as well.
B. Enabling Crossplay:
You need to install two plugins to allow crossplay 'Floodgate' and 'GeyserMC. You can download latest version of this plugins for free from Spigot site.
Steps to setup Geyser.
-Upload both jar files to plugins folder
-Restart server, all files will be extracted automatically
-No change is required for floodgate, but you need to edit GeyserMC
-head to File Manager>plugins>Geyser>config.yml
-in config.yml change the default port to your own server port. There are two port options, change both of them. Port is a 5 digit numeric code.
-save the changes you made, start server.
